One Heart offers more than 180 essential oils which are privately sourced from all over the globe.

Wild Crafted – high frequency healing

This is the personal favourite of One Heart’s creator, Carol Asher.  

“If possible to obtain, my preference are Wild Crafted oils,” she says. “They are harvested in the wild, free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. They generally carry an extremely high frequency and are very special.”

The reason for this is that these particular plant species have grown in the same place and have adapted to their environment and natural habitat over hundreds and sometimes thousands of years.

They are strong and vital and contain their original blueprint – their original DNA - and retain ALL their original healing powers.

Wherever possible, One Heart makes sure its Wild Crafted essential oils are ethically wild crafted - meaning that the plants are not over-harvested and that re-planting is done annually to replace the harvest.

For the Aromatherapy enthusiast, One Heart has sourced an exquisite collection of rare and precious essential oils and absolutes of the finest grade.

What makes some essential oils precious?

Often a huge amount of plant substance is needed to produce a small amount of essential oil. Every drop comes from many, many flower petals. For example, more than 2000 pounds (1000 kg) of roses are needed to produce 1 pound (450ml) of Rose Absolute!

Some oils cost more because their production and supply is limited – for example, Vanilla CO2 from the island of Madagascar.

Indian Sandalwood has become precious oil for the same reason – the Sandalwood tree has been over-harvested in the past and it will take time for the new plants to reach maturity.

Absolutes are essential oil extractions of more delicate flower petals (using a chemical and solvent method as the usual steam distillation method destroys such plant materials).

In the solvent extraction process, a very low heat is used and the final product is obtained by removing both the waxes from the flower (known as a ‘concrete’) and the solvent extractor.

This leaves a 99.9% pure product, free of impurities. One Heart ensures that it only sources absolutes of the highest grade, where the solvent has been properly and fully removed.

Since One Heart does not dilute or ‘stretch’ its essential oils, you will find that its range of Precious and Rare oils are highly concentrated and potent - carrying a very high healing frequency.

Dilutions

Many companies sell precious oils in a dilution of 3% or !0% to make them more affordable. It is cheaper for you to buy your own precious oil and make your own dilution.

You can make your own dilution of 3% in Jojoba, for a long lasting product, or any carrier oil if to be used immediately - simply add 3 drops of your favorite Essential Oil Absolute or precious oil to 97 drops of carrier oil!

Synergistic* Blends – teaming up for a totally new energy

*(‘synergistic’ – from synergy – the ability for individual things to be more successful working together and ‘synthesis’ – the process of producing a more complex compound from simpler ingredients)

Blends of essential oil are made up from 5-12 different single essential oils. Once the essential oils are blended together, they create a new entity and have a new identity.

No longer are they merely the sum of all the individual essential oils put together - they are that and more! A group energy or a collective is formed, which performs in a brand new way.

Think of it like a group of humans getting together and forming a group to achieve a goal.  The individuals in the group will have different talents and different tasks to perform to achieve the ‘goal’ of the group, but as a group they act as one, for a single purpose.

That’s how these blends work.

It is nice to know who is in the group (i.e. what essential oils are participating in the group effort). What’s really important however is the overall intention and purpose of the blend.

Bath & Body – our time to pamper and protect

Many of us are passionate about our bathing rituals. If we are to put anything on our skin while our pores are open – we should take the opportunity to add essential oils to the water.

Which ones? It’s hard to find body products that use 100% pure essential oils of high quality.

Body Scrubs – It is VITAL that we let the skin breath via exfoliation. Getting rid of the skins’ dead cells also speeds up cellular rejuvenation. While scrubbing ourselves with the Body Scrub, we are also improving our circulation and moving lymph – the body’s natural healing fluid which helps detoxification - and allowing the pure essential oils to be fully absorbed.

The salts in the scrub purify, the vegetable oils nourish and hydrate and the essential oils enhance our mood and feed our bodies. A perfect combination!

Slim and Tone ,  Cellu – Lite Body oils - Many women have cellulite or fatty deposits under their skin which they would like to remove, and most would also like to tone and firm their skin.

All that is needed is a small ‘blob’ of the gel in the palm of both hands. As you lightly run over and sweep your body, say a small wish/prayer that any negativity within your aura be washed away.
